Susan Cartier Liebel On What Is Holding You Back On Going Solo

Susan is the founder of Solo Practice University, and a great resource in a lawyer's quest to go solo.  When she was selected as one of the ABA Journal's Legal Rebels, she discussed the objections some lawyers and law students have to going out on their own. Below is the video.

I think Susan hit the nail on the head. Fear and self doubt are what keep most lawyers from pursue a solo career. What's so great about Susan is that through Solo Practice University, she's helping educate lawyers about the real life skills necessary to go solo, and inspiring people like me to do so.
