Would those who want on our short sale Basecamp group please email me. I had received several emails recently requesting to be added to the group. However, when cleaning out junk emails yesterday I accidentally deleted these. Several attorneys have a Basecamp or listerv group to discuss the possibilities of establishing short sales as a niche practice area, given the high foreclosure rates in the country.
