Who says that a hedge fund law school is not best. Maybe the jury is still out on this, but you need to consider the advances made in legal education by Sterling Partners. It firm has over $4 Billion under management, which probably rivals most law schools. It claims to offer an approach that is unique to legal education -- to close the gap between law school and law practice. It strives for practice readiness, which most schools only mouth. Sterling Partners formed the NFILAW System, and since acquiring Florida Costal School of Law, the system has established Phoenix School of Law and Charlotte School of Law, both of which have achieved provisional approval by the ABA in record time. At least with Florida Coastal INFILAW has been able to achieve an impressive bar passage rate and, at the same time, achieve tuition levels that are close to in-state public law schools.
