I was reading a post by Jodi Lipper and Cerina Vincent, which was entitled 5 Ways To Cope With A $5 Gallon. You can read it yourself. They were trying, I guess, to be helpful, but how exactly do you deal with the traders and hedge funds of the World ripping you off so badly, and impoverishing you and your
family, with $5 gasoline prices? I found their solution, however, a bit lame. I would suggest to you that I know rearly only three ways of dealing with the issue.
1. Shoot yourself;
2. Shoot your vehicle; or,
3. Shoot your vehicle and then shoot yourself.
These solutions do not sound reasonable to you? I agree, but then neither does $5 gasoline sound reasonable, especially when you really do not have any effective was of dealing with the matter.
So, we are left to just assume the position until we get a new president that wants to do something about this problem both short term and long term, we honestly investigate the trading practices going on in this World, and we start to indict those that we find have caused this World so much unnecessary pain. This simply makes Enron look juvenile.
We had better do something, however. T. Boone Pickens and others are buying water rights. The World is getting warmer, and they want to create a market in water, like oil, so they can make us all pay for our lives.
