Unfortunately, you can't control all of what people say about you online. If you find that previous clients or associates have posted negative comments about you on third party sites, you can't do anything to remove them. What you can do is encourage your loyal, happy clients to post positive comments or recommend you on LinkedIn. People often only post about a service if they were extremely unhappy with it, causing the negative to overcome the positive. If the positive messages outnumber the negative ones, potential clients are more likely to listen to the positive.
