Fascinating list! Any data on numbers of lawyers committed to these niches or fees generated? I have one to add that might be interest--though I have no numbers on this area either. Just read in ABA magazine about a young lawyer specializing in "sharing law". Certainly seems like a niche that would play better in certain communities. Here's my tweet of a few days ago:

Great article Chuck. What about this for a niche area: Wedding vendor contracts law.? Essentially, brides would retain me for a flat fee to look over all thier contracts from vendors. I'll ensure that their rights are protected and the language is favorable to them and fair? Whatcha think?
