It is unclear to me what "political correctness" has to do with working from home? If it floats your boat to make the green argument in addition to the raw economic argument then that's your business.

Why someone's view of the world would be upset by the conversation is beyond me. Don't like Chuck's perspective on Green, start your own blog and have at it.

So true about Americans being wasteful. As a post grad student studying in West Germany in the 80's, I was impressed at what I thought was German efficiency right down to how professionals worked. Then as now it is commonplace for a doctor/lawyer/professional to live and work in one place, usually a 2 story house with the office space (Buro) located downstairs and living space upstairs or next to the office. Nothing wasted there! Keep up the good work and educating us all.

I'm not an attorney, but I definitely agree with you regarding the waste of space and energy. With the challenges the globe is facing, I don't feel anyone has the "right" to wantonly overuse natural resources.
