New Year Boredom

It is, according to the Urban Dictionary, "the post-festive boredom that occurs after the fun and excitement of Christmas and New Years". I also think it is the low we tend to feel in having to get back to the same old routine after the holidays. For many of us this is the case. But, I also know that the holiday is often the time that many a lawyer starts preparing his or her own law practice, changes firms, or relocates offices. To those among us that have worked, plotted and planned the entire holiday, getting into a more traditional routine is probably more of the blessing and less of a bore. For me anyway, it is off to work I go!
